Exchange Process

If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging and Purchase Invoice from Chinthana GSM, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the warranty claim. Please allow at least Twenty one (21) days from the date of return of your item to process the claim.
